About Eclipse Performance
Proudly based within the gym at Musselburgh Rugby Football Club, Eclipse Performance offers dedicated Physiotherapy and Massage for everyone.

Led by Ross Grady, a physiotherapist and massage therapist with over a decade of experience in private practice and professional sport, we bring a high-performance mindset to every client.

Whether you're managing a long-term ache, recovering from injury, or chasing your peak performance, our core mission is to provide expert care and clear guidance to help you move better, recover stronger and perform at your best.

We don't just treat the symptoms, we find and address the root cause using evidence-based, personalised treatment plans.

OUR TEAM
Ross Grady
BSc (Hons), Physiotherapy, MCSP, HCPC
Ross is a physiotherapist and massage therapist with more than 10 years’ experience working in elite sport and private practice, which has included First Team Physiotherapist roles at Falkirk FC, Heart of Midlothian FC and various roles within Scotland Rugby League.
He completed a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science at Heriot Watt University, before graduating from Queen Margaret University in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.

Today, Ross leads Eclipse Performance with the same objective that originally led him into sport:

Helping people build strong, resilient bodies that they can rely on.

Away from work, Ross enjoys spending time with his partner and two girls.
